Unauthorized charges. I have no clue who this company is or what they do, all I have is their phone number on my credit card and I can't get a hold of anyone at that number. Reading the internet several people have been having the same problem

This company has charged my credit card twice for $9.95, I just received my credit card bill today and it shows the charge on the 11th of November and when I called to see who these people where all I get is a recording so I called my credit card company and they said I was charged again on the 11th of December so I had to cancel my credit card that I have had for many years.

I would like to know who these people are and what gave them a right to charge my credit card without my permission, I would also like the money credited back.
