I ordered this product via TV infomercial... 30 days later I receive an extra shipment of their vitamins (I had no knowledge of ordering or authorizing).. I called the company and was told it was "part of the package" I told the customer service rep to CANCEL EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS ORDER... Everything. She assured me she would. I kept the vitamins and ate the charges even though I never ordered them. Go to balance my account and see that there are now two additional $19.99 charges 2 weeks apart! I call the company again and I'm told that this is for monthly access to their website... WTH??? I never asked for any access to their website and had already called and told them to cancel everything??? I was NOT nice... The guy I talked to assured me they would refund my credit card for both charges and cancel everything... I made him repeat to me that EVERYTHING to do with my account and this company had been cancelled. He told me that it may be 30 days until I see the credit on my credit card... I told him that it had better NOT take 30 days or they would be hearing from me every single day until the charges were removed and that I planned to post reviews about this type of scam all over the internet to prevent other people from this type of unauthorized credit card usage. DO NOT get mixed up with this company... The product may be fine, but they will bleed you dry charging your credit card for stuff you didn't want in the first place!
