I have received charges of $7 each month on my credit card for the past several months. Because the charges were relatively small I, unfortunately, did not pay attention. I called Entertainment Rewards tonight to ask about the charges and heard a recording stating that they are open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm. The recording suggested that I go to their website — so I did. Upon typing in "Entertainment Rewards.com", I go the following message in my browser:
"The web site you have requested no longer exists.in a few seconds you will be redirected
to http://www.Grouplotto.com. If this does not occur, please click here"
So I then typed the 866-364-1333 number into a shearch and found usacomplaints.com website with all these complaints — and not Entertainment Rewards. So I called my credit card company to reverse the charges. They said the can cancel my account but cannot prevent people from debiting my card once these people get my information! But "This is fraud!" I said - no matter, they can only cancel my credit card account to stop and reverse the charges. Entertainment Rewards.com. They had gotten me for at least $35 over six months.
