On July 17, $49.95 was taken out of my checking account. I called the bank and asked what that was for and they gave me a phone number to call, which was 1-866-379-5984.
When I called the phone number of 1-866-379-5984 it was a recording and said to contact them by the web address of www.contacteverprivate.com for refund. I did so.
They stated that I had asked for a pre-paid credit card, but why would I need one - I have 3 credit cards, why would I need a pre-paid one. I explained that by internet to them and they said they would refund my money but could not put it back into my checking, but would send a check and asked for my name and mailing address which I gave them.
They stated that the check was mailed on August 7 and I should receive it no later than August 17. I asked where the check was coming from and they said Tx. The Post Office stated that it would not take more than 5 days to come from Tx.
I did not receive it by August 17 so I kept asking through the internet where it was and they said to try to wait 2-3 more days which I did. As of August 23 I received no check.
