On July 19th I sent a bill for $150.99; $99.00 of which was for "301 non Rtnd RCVR".
The bill was paid in full on condition that $99.00 would be refunded to me for returning my receiver.
On July 30th at 15:55: 23 I received an e-mail for shipping the receiver back to Dish Network (UPS Tracking number xxxxxxxxx).
The receiver was shipped on August 1st at 8:37PM and delivered to Dish Network on August 6th at 12:00PM.
In mid-August a customer support person confirmed that they had received the receiver and that I would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. I rechecked a few times by e-mail about the status of the refund and was told it was being handled by the accounting department and would be sent soon.
On November 25th, I received an e-mail saying that they never received the package, so no refund.
