I am living only on my disability income. Received a mailing from A Plus Mailing Service Inc. I sent a money order for $149.00 for the start up kit of 290 letters on August 3. Didn't receive start up kit until August 29. I did what I was supposed to do. I mailed the letters and paid the supposedly reimburseable postage. I paid $118.90 for the postage. I never got the postage back and never got any more letters to send. As of October 25, I still have received nothing from them.
