I joined Seattle Coffee Direct Co. Because my husband likes a GOOD cup of coffee from fresh ground beans. I ordered the initial amount. I paid for the first order but then we decided that the price was more than we wanted to commit to. I cancelled the membership but in checking my latest credit card statement, I find another charge from Seattle Coffee Direct Co.
I tried to call them today to find out what is going on and to demand a refund. I tried for over an hour and their phone number was always busy; until just after closing time. This is a rip-off, DO NOT order from these people!
