I ordered the introductory package from Seattle Direct Coffee and received the package (2 ceramic mucs, 2 travel cups, and 2 12-oz packets of coffee on the 15th (Wed). I hade not even had a chance to sample it when I received 2 more packets of coffee on Fri., the 17th (yesterday). Apparently Seattle Coffee Direct has a hard time paying for shipping, because they charge $6.95 per packet (12-oz.) per shipping.
I do not want this second shipping and do not want to do business with such a serious bunch of scam artists as Seattle Coffee. If necessary I will cancel the debit card I placed the original order on, but am hoping they will be so deluged with complaints that they will take their coffee back. I am outraged and hope other victims of Seattle Coffee Direct's scheming will report it and get them off the market place.
