I went to a conference and was introduced to this company's product (wristbands). I planned to order some for a community project I was spearheading. However, I decided to make a personal order first, just to test the delivery time etc. I ordered three wristbands on July 13 for which they charged my credit card on July 14, including overseas shipping.
To date (August 16) I have not received the wristbands. I have written three query emails to the company but to date, no one has responded. I am very disappointed because they are using Lance Armstrong's armbands (livestrong) in their advertising and sure enough, their website was quite professional and interactive. What can I do to have this company respond or my money returned?
