WM Connect - Netscape Connect
WMconnect was good while i had service but then when i tried to cancell they kept taking money out of my account Ripoff

I'd WMconnect for around annually. I loved the service, nevertheless when my laprop failed, I attempted to cancell service. It's been about 7 weeks, and many emails and characters and calls later plus they are NEVERTHELESS getting cash out-of my bill.

Nobody in the organization can help me. I will have a brand new pc and also have attempted to inform them i nolonger need thier solutions. All I'd like is in order for them to QUIT getting my cash and provide me a reimbursement for that period I had beennot using thier solutions. How difficult is the fact that? For the corporation. Difficult! If you're able to obtain a reaction, I would like to understand how.
