I placed an online order with Megagro on July 1 for their Lawn Honey Package; I rec'd acknowledgment by e-mail of my order same day. It was posted to my charge account on July 2.
They advertise shipment within 3 days with e-mail notification when shipped. As of this date (July 17) I've received no shipment notification. They provide a "track your order" link, which I've tried daily and only get the message: "Order information not found, try again later"
They provide a "contact us" link in their acknowledgment e-mail which I've tried 4 times and only get an automated response (we'll get back to you); but no real response.
I've called their toll-free number 5 times (never get a real person-"Leave a message and we'll get back to you") and left messages but no response.
I have yet to receive my order or any further information from this company.
