An Ebay store, will take your money and not send your merchandise! Ripoff Saint Petersburg

I won the following 3 items on ebay from livingdreams101: Item #2891809485 Purple mesh Gypsy Dress, paid via PayPal on 2/26/04 (cleared 3/2/04), Item #2898134535 Silver Renaissance Dress, paid via PayPal on 3/25/04 (cleared 3/31/04) and Item #2898083081 Black Gothic Dress, paid via PayPal on 3/25/04 (cleared 3/31/04). I have the printout receipts and descriptions of all three items.

I never received these 3 items, although the money was taken. I contacted seller numerous times personally, through Ebay and Square Trade over the years, but to no avail, she still won't send the items I've paid for. I filed a report with Consumer affairs, and one with the IFCC (Internet fraud). I keep sending emails and requests to have my items shipped or my money refunded, but I am getting nowhere. I'm extremely frustrated and angry.
