I paid for a wedding dress and two weeks later I gave my measurments to seller, I was told that after 30 days the dress was going to be shipped, after those 30 days seller notified me that was a delay on its production and would be shipped later, until this moment I got a good communication with seller and I trusted, for this reason I didn't open a dispute, the shipping would take around 7 to 14 days to arrive, so, I was waiting and after that time I tried to be in contact with seller and just responded asking me be more patient, I was just 2 days left before my wedding with no dress and seller told me be patient! Anyway, that was the last mail I got from seller as response, I have sent more mails with no answer, Paypal neither ebay couldn't help me as it took too long time and a dispute couldn't be open, I can't believe that ebay or Paypal can provide protection for a very clear issue: Item not received. Please remember this selller name gnut6211 and don't trust, don't buy any product coming from this seller, I just saw another similar cases with this seller.
