I bought some items from Karmaloop in September which were unfortunately delivered to the wrong address. I was informed by the courier company that I would have to follow this up with Karmaloop myself.
Between September 06 & January 07, I sent more than 20 emails to Karmaloop's "customer service" address. Most were not replied to. On a couple of occasions, I received a standard email informing me that I would receive a response to my query "within 1 business day".
Needless to say, 10 months later, I have not received a response, meaning that I am $100 out of pocket.
The standard of customer service offered by Karmaloop is a disgrace. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this site.
