Sent defective product, didn't follow through with 30 guarantee, then refused to answer any phone calls or emails

I ordered the complete set of all 6 seasons of the TV show, Scrubs, for over $117. What arrived was burned copies of the first 5 seasons, which the company never stated was what they were selling. There was no 6 season included. Plus, each season was not complete. For example, I did not have episode 1-7 but did have duplicate copies of episode 8-12. It was the same story each season. I didn't receive any full seasons for that matter. And to top it off not all the disks played in full. Some stopped halfway through the disk (and there were no scratches on the disks).

We called to request either an exchange or refund, as promised by their company. They said they offer a 30 day money back guarantee even if disks were open and viewed. We spoke with a 'customer service' rep who said she would send us out an entire new set plus a prepaid return envelope for us to return the defective material with no extra cost to us. She told me that we would receive an confirmation email shortly.

I never did receive our confirmation email, nor did I receive my new set of disks. We tried calling multiple times and an automated system would pick up and inform us all representatives were busy at the moment and we would be helped by the next available. We would then be placed on hold which would last about a half an hour and then disconnected us. We tried this about 5 times over the course of a month and it was the same story every time.

I even emailed them the situation and asked them to rectify to the best of their ability. I was open to working with them to resolve this matter and was never disrespectful or nasty. No response.

The company promises-"At DVDDiesel, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of customer service. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments." But if you can't get through to them or have them follow through on their promises, you shouldn't purchase from them.
