Im not sure what's going on but i am starting to get angry. First, i order a purchase from online company karmaloop, 1 of the 2 items comes and 2 weeks go by i haven't revived my hat. I contact karmaloop to resolve this. They get back to me trying to resolve the issue. They let a week go bye and my item doesn't come in so they say they refunded the card 27 dollars but when i checked only 21 was on the card. I contact them again for about the tenth time, highly frustrated by now. I decide to log onlije to check my balances and transactions. I see it states the last activity was the company refunding me 27. Why is there 6 dollarrs short. Is your company short changing me? What's going on please get back to me ASAP thank you
