Ecost did not provide me with printed sales receipt, and they did not explain to print an E-MAIL receipt for submitting rebate claim with manufacturer. Ecost placed some kind of a "shipping slip" in the box with my purchased item with name of the item, price and date. Manufacturer, Cavalry Storage Inc., did not indicate about printing out e-mail receipt from Ecost either. They simply denied my rebate claim. That's a new type of a REBATE SCAM. And what's really peculiar, Cavalry Storage Inc. Made a special policy about rebates: "After rebate was denied you can not resubmit it."
Be Awear of this new type of a REBATE SCAM! Cavalry Storage Inc. Said " i was suppoused to figure it out myself to print an e-mail from Ecoost. No resubmitting of claim is allowed. It's their POLICY".interesting, other company issued rebate check for me. I used the same kid of a sales receipt "shipping slip" from Ecost, but it was not exceptable for Cavalry Storage Inc.
Is anyone had the same problem with Ecost or Cavalry Storage Inc. Or both?
Please, consider filling a class auction law suit againts Ecost or Cavalry Storage Inc. I beleive we need only 25 people to file a law suit.
