Purchased a TomTom gps from ecost in 2008. Still awaiting my $28 rebate. Ironically, I only bought it because of the rebate. I have called and emailed dozens of times but on my last call, she could find no record of my issue. I understand from previous calls that ecost was purchased by another company, the email center that received my submission located in Arizona was closed aroud the time my rebate was in process, etc, etc. I again submitted my emails from the rebate center and some of my subsequent followup emanil. But I have little hope of success. I have never purchased from ecost again after this experience. It is the only time I have ever had a problem with a rebate
