I have written this company 4 times as of this date about an issue with their website 2 weeks ago. I originally was trying to purchase Zuma deluxe, but after giving my credit card information and hitting complete... Found that somehow I had just purchased a game called Typer Shark. I have written them 2 times to ask that they make good on my purchase and have received no response. Then I have written them 2 more times requesting a refund of my $21.20. I also never even received an email from them with a registration code for Typer Shark that I purchased. This company has no customer service... Or very poor customer service at the most and should be avoided unless you want to be screwed out of your hard earned money. And of course there is no phone number or actual email address for them anywhere.
