Gander mountain has good quality products, but quality of product is pale in comparison to poor customer service. The products can be obtained elsewhere, usually with acceptable customer service. I placed two online orders that I never took delivery of, I have written customer service ([email protected]) many, MANY times in the last 2 weeks trying to get information on getting my payment account credited, have not received ANY response at all. It has gotten to the point where I'm writing 3 or 4 times a day, and they STILL do not respond. I recommend Bass Pro Shops, they have outstanding customer service and very much the same products.
