Saw a great add on TV about The Awesome Auger.
On April 2, I ordered 2 Awesome Augers ($19.95 each) for my husband. The promotion on TV also offered a Cordless Power Drill and Auger Set 2 for free. I also ordered the Samurai Shark Single for $10.00.
The shipping costs were really high - $39.95 for the cordless drill, $8.95 on each auger, $7.95 for the set 2, and $4.95 for the shark. But I ordered them anyway, hoping it would really be great for my husband on his birthday.
My husband is happy with the auger, which we received in a timely manner. But, I have never received the Samurai Shark. I have called and email'd and called and email'd. I finally talked to Steve (in the customer service) on May 21, and he said it would be here in a couple of days.
I sent Thillco an email the first part of June requesting them to cancel the order of the Shark and give me a refund. I have never gotten a response!
Well, it's now June 14, and I am still waiting for the Shark. I think maybe Thillco is the shark?
