I bought a camera on ebay. I won the bid paid in full the next day, TWO days later Ebay send me a email that it could be a scam. I went to the account number of the seller and ebay had removed everything about that seller (emails from my out box emails from my inbox from the scammer.
I tried to report the scam and got a form email from ebay that I needed to waite as the seller may send the product. I emailed again and got one more form letter staing I must first contact the customer using the information provided by ebay listed on the sellers info. (the information they removed) I have tried everything to get someone from ebay to just get me some kind of information so I can try to get the guy or report him to the cops and put him on pip-off list.
Ebay will only send form letters remove all information and proof I even bid or purchased anything. I feel they must be in on the scam or why would ebay not help. Ebay gets fee'd from every scam. We the customer get ripped off. Ebay should by boycouted by everyone then they would come down from the Irory tower to help the customer that makes them MILLIONairs.
