No rebate payment after 4 months approval Onrebate.com Internet

I purchased four computer items from Tigerdirect on 11/23/06 and submitted four rebate application forms with all required information, and within the required timeline. I got three rebate payments, but the last one is never received. An approval email on 1/12 (below) indicates that the payment would be mailed out on 2/11/07. I have written four emails (no response to these emails), 2 phone calls to the rebate center, but still no check recevied. I was very upset about this issue. I have already spent way too much time trying to get it resolved. I hope anyone who wants to do business with Tigerdirect or Onrebate.com could see all these negative reports and never, ever deals with the companies again.

By the way, Onrebate.com should change its name to Norebate.com.
