Onrebate.com, Tigerdirect.com Onrebate fails to pay most of my rebates

Onrebate pays some of the rebates I have submitted, however I have a list of 10 rebate tracking numbers that have not been paid.
Check for yourself if you like. Some of them say payment sent, but I never received it.
Some of them say rebate accepted (in May of 06, mind you) and payment has never been sent.

I have sent 5 emails to status@help. Onrebate.com over the last month about these rebates and have yet to receive a single reply.
