Ripoff, three months and still no rebate

I ordered a Kensington computer case from Buy.com. It had a $25 rebate that was being handled through OnRebate. OnRebate accepted my rebate on May 18 but I still have not received my rebate. They have the perfect runaround scheme set up. First you contact Nadina Urdaneta. She then turns it over to Daniel DeJesus. After you correspond with him then you hear from Sebastian. Sebastian wants additional information as if they are re-issuing a check. If he really needs this info, OnRebate but have lost my paperwork. I check my rebate often online at OnRebate and it shows that payment is always pending. I know that once I get Buy.com involved, this issue will be resolved. Do not purchase from TigerDirect if you think they are part of this conspiracy. Buy.com is a first class company with great delivery and prices. I will not deal with anyone else. I truly believe that OnRebate never had the first intention of honoring the rebate. A class action law suit is the only way I believe to shut this company down. I am willing to be a participant in this action.
