I ordered three ink cartridges for my printer from 123inkjets.com on 11/04/01 and charged the bill to a credit card.
I received three ink cartridges but the cartridges do not fit my printer. I have sent four e-mails to inkjet with no response. At http://123inkjets.com/support/, the service link in my confirmation I am told that I must have a refund document inorder to receive a refund.
Each time I use this link to document my problem I receive no response. What can I do to get my money back or the correct cartridges. At the present I have lost faith with the company and just want my money back.
My order number is 11115163, my customer number 38154. My total expense was $59.90
