This occurred back in but I just saw your website and thought - why not vent my anger. Back in 2005 the company only provided an email address for contact, I note today they provide physical address and telephone contact details. What I dislike is that the moment something went wrong there was no reply from the company and of course I am out of pocket!
In mid June I purchased a pair of sunglasses from GoGetGlasses.com. The glasses were paid for but never delivered and despite 12 or so attempts I never received a reply from the company. The company had no address or phone number listed on its site back then and I was not been able to find any other form of contact - so was stuck with email.
I was serving in Iraq at the time and thought a month should have been sufficient time for delivery (friends of mine had no problems with the postal service). I kept contact with our postal clerk there upon my return to Australia in July but to no avail.
This is the last reply I had from the company in June 05 when I questioned that the glasses had not arrived after two weeks.
