I ordered a pair of Sunglasses from Netshades in February via an eBay auction and paid via paypal. The glasses were huge and I requested and received an RMA number and returned the glasses.
I received a prompt reply with the RMA number that I needed to complete the return. I received a site credit and proceeded to order 3 less expensive pairs of glasses with the credit and then sent additional money via paypal to cover the difference in March.
I received only 2 of the pairs that I ordered and a letter stating that the 3rd pair was damaged and they needed me to choose a new pair. Neither of the glasses that I received fit - I again requested an RMA number for return along with my request for a refund for all 3 pairs as per their store policy.
After multiple requests for the RMA number - I finally received one and sent the glasses back with a letter stating my request for refund of my money minus the restocking fees. I have delivery confirmation from the USPS that my glasses were delivered back to the return address.
That was April 10th... Despite my multiple emails... No reply. No reply from my Better Business Bureau complaint either.
Total Scam... They shouldn't list a return policy if they are not going to honor it. I have filed with the Kansas Attorney General - not that I expect any resolve. When you call the store in Kansas, all you get is "Oh, I don't know why they haven't returned your emails. Maybe they aren't receiving them. Our retail store is totally separate from the web sales"
