On 8/4/07 i sent $24.95 to butterfly download network to download movies. I spent three and one half hours downloading a movie only to find that it wouldn't play on windows media player because it didn't recognize the format. I spent another four hours downloading another movie with same results; it wouldn't play either.
I then downloaded butterflys "package one" which was supposed to give me software that would take care of my problems. After downloading "package one" my computer slowed to a crawl and my virus checker imformed me that i now had a worm virus that was trying to steal my identity.
I emailed butterfly and told them ehat happened and that i wanted my money back. A couple of days later i got a computer generated message that told me to download "package one" again. Like a fool i did download "package one" again and surprise, my virus checker reported the worm virus was back.
Another email to butterfly resulted in another computer generated message from "customer support" telling me to download their software. I have sent several emails to ANTON [email protected], who is the product author. All i get are computer generated responses from "customer support" telling me to download different files. I haven't been able to find a phone number to call nor have i been contacted by anything but their computer.
