Bought this 17" GEM from eCost at the end of August.
Sent my rebate request by CERTIFIED mail (for further guarantee) to Panacer Int'l Inc.
On 9/25/06 sent my first email to Panacer since their website did not show they received my certified email (although I had the proof they did receive it)
No reply.
On 10/13/06 I sent another email (their website still displaying nothing about my rebate). Finally received reply saying they did receive it, but rebate could take 16 weeks!
