Automatically filed charges to my debit card that were not authorized

I ordering a CD entitled: "Fast Auction Profit" by "Ebay Education Specialist - Mel Feller" that was offered free with minor shipping/handling charges.

Soon after the minor charges appeared ($1.97) on my statement (Nov 20th - FASTAUCTIONPROFIT, Utah) other unauthorized charges began to appear on subsequent bank statements (Dec 4th-11th & Jan 2nd-8th) under the names: PM-FASTAUCTION.com, PM-KEYWORDSUCCESS.com and PM-SEOGUIDE.com.

I had only received the requested CD - no other mailings, no e-mails, no phone calls. The internet sites all exist but there's no information on how to contact the companies directly to dispute their charges.

Remedy - contacted my bank and filed disputes on all charges and cancelled and replaced the debit card. The bank will restore the disputed amounts temporarily while the fraud is investigated.
