I was reffered to this company from craigslist to sign up with click cash and Ifriends, I was told that I could also promote both programs and get paid. I would get paid $40-$60 per sign up when they signed up with ifriends and I would also get paid 10% of all of my refferals earnings if they also signed up with click cash which is owned by this company. So I signed up with both places started to market the program and I had 2 sign ups which was equal to $80, then all of a sudden I was unable to log in, so I thought well maybe something is going on with the website because I know I didnt do anything wrong in order for them to cancel my account so I wait a day before I email them.By then I had already had 2 more people email me and say they signed up with both of these companies and asked what to do next. So I was pretty excited that I had made $160, so I go to try to log in again and I still could not get in. So I emailed them numerous times to find out what was going on and I finally got a response and this is it.
Dear Former Clickcash Affiliate:
We have decided to terminate your account. This termination was due to the manner in which you were introduced to the Clickcash program. (They have no idea how I was introduced because no body ever asked me) According to our records, the manner in which you were introduced to the Clickcash program violated the Clickcash T&C, located at http://www.clickcash.com/new/agreement.htm (I read the T&C over and over and nowhere on there does it say anything about posting ads to gain refferals, if you cant post ads and there is no spamming how are you supposed to get sign ups? Right)
The affiliate who referred you to the Clickcash program has also been terminated.
We are currently reviewing your traffic to determine whether or not you have also engaged in marketing practices which may violate the Clickcash T&C. No new accounts, established by you or on your behalf will be authorized with the Clickcash program.
We are sorry that the Clickcash program was not compatible with your marketing strategies. (They did not even ask how I was marketing for them so how can they sit there and say they were not compatible with my marketing startegies, I followed all the rules because I needed to make money fast and this company paid every week and I thought that this would have been a great way to earn some money)

So I email them back wanting further explanation and wanting to know if I would still get paid for my refferals that I had before my account was closed. Here is what I wrote them:
Please explain a little more about this to me, "manner in which you were introduced to the Clickcash program" how do you think I was introduced? And I just read the T&C and there was nothing stated on there about "not posting ads to generate refferals". That is how I was introduced to this, somebody posted an ad about signing up and becoming an affiliate and making $40-$60 per sign up. What is wrong with that? If you cant do that then how are you supposed to bring in sign ups?
Also how could I have violated the T&C with my marketing purposes when it says nothing at all about posting ads, all your T&C says is "NO SPAMMING". I was not spamming, I posted a couple of ads, describing alittle bit about what the person was signing up for and stated that you had to be over 18 in order to sign up. I just dont understand what is wrong with that?
I have done nothing wrong, and I dont understand why you would terminate my account just because of the way that I was reffered that is not right, you didnt even give me a chance, you could have told me something about what you thought was going on and tell me to exlain or something not just terminate my account.
Will I still get the money that I made before my account was terminated?
And here is their last response:
While ClickCash always pays for legitimate, validated sign-ups which are the result of legitimate traffic, ClickCash does not pay for sign-ups resulting from marketing tactics which violate the T&C.

They would not even answer any of my questions, these people owe me money and I want it, that was not right at all about the way that I was treated. And come to find out I was not the only one, I saw a couple of listings on the site usacomplaints.com.
