I was RIPPED OFF by this company for a total of $68.87. Someone ordered a 'free' CD about Ebay. The CD just went to the Ebay internet site. $1.97 was charged to my checking account for the CD. Then, my bank told me I was charged $49.95 by pmfastauction.com AND $16.95 by pmkeywords.com.
I called 1-866-652-0479 (another country) and I was given a cancellation # (to stop further charges). She transferred me to their corperate office, the # is 1-800-595-3986. Customer service said that all these charges were from them, and basically said 'Too bad - you shouldn't have checked that little box, that said you accept their kit.
I am pursuing this further and I will be paid back. I did not order these items and didn't give permission for Fast Auction to charge me. If I didn't find out about these charges from my bank, they would have kept on charging me. My bank will help me get back these fraudulent charges. I'd bet $ that Ebay is opposed to what this company is doing and they should stop them. I know that because of PM Fast Auction, I won't even go to Ebay's internet site.
