I put in for a $1.95 ebay cd, the company charged my account for $49.95 that I did not authorize

This company has charged my checking account for $1.95 for a cd, plus they charged me $49.95 which I did not authorize them to charge. Ebay Customer service says they have nothing to do with this cd. Ebay Claims no involvement to this cd or the Charges.
