I paid off my Dell Financial Preferred account in the beginning of August. I called to get a pay off for the account and was told the pay off amount was good for 30 days. I sent the check the same day for the amount they specified.
After they received my check for payment in full, they continued to bill me for additional amounts.
I called several time to get assistance and to find out what the additional charges were for. They refuse to itemize the charges for me and refuse to clear the balance.
They have continued to report late payments to the credit bureaus. They also continue to call my phone in access of 15 or more times a day. The calls are often within 5-6 minutes apart.
