I thought that I was subscibing to a download Mp3 service. Words like, 'Unlimited, ' downloads, Mp3 files, ' etc in a web page looking like an 'iTunes, ' support section persuaded me to subscribe. I CAREFULLY unchecked all other boxes for programs I did not want, submitted and was promptly informed that I had spent 54 Euros, instead of 29 Euros because I had subscribed to two sections not mentioned in the subscription page!
Good start... I then found that what I had subscribed to was, in fact, a program which allowed me, 'Unlimited SUPPORT and unlimited downloads, ' of programs already in the public domain. They're FREE ANYWAY. Now I'm annoyed.
There's no feedback/contact section in the member's area that I could find, the only way I got into this spider's web was Via this Ripoff forum - for which, many thanks. REMEMBER - There is a refund guaranteed - if you can find the route to contact them. BUT there is a seven day limit to this. Get moving! Further, you will be charged for the refund. 20$/14/10. This is legal... Isn't it?
