A websitefrome fast-downloads. Bizdescribed a lifetime membership fee of $29.00 for unlimited free downloads. The credit card transaction comany (Chronopay.com) was used for the transaction. They charged my card $99.75 instead. The web page it transfered me to was a free download web page that I couldhave gone to in the first place. Not fast-downloads.Biz. Theyjust transfered me. I contacted Chronopay and supposedly they will refund my money in 2 to 3 business days. Had I not caught it, I probably wouldn't have noticed it on my account. I never got the download I was looking for.
