We did a search on free game downloads, to find a game for our six year old son. When the search came up TM NET GAMES was on the search. It said free unlimited downloadable games. So we went to the sight to check it out.
The sight came up, and said download millions of games for free. We clicked on the box when doing so the next page came up, and said unlimited downloads for free, but there would be a one time charge of $1.00 for access to the sight.
So we looked for any catches and there were none to be seen. So we agreed to the one time $ 1.00 fee, then entered the sight. Found a game about farming and john deer tractors that our son wanted, we clicked on the john deer game it said you could down load a trial version or buy the complete game for $19.99.
So therefore we clicked download and it stared downlaoding. On the download box it said, download time remaining 5 hours, so we let it download. When we tryed to install the game an error box came up and said, the files were damaged or contain a virus.
It also said to contact the maker of this game, so we went back to the sight and cancled the transation. It said 48 hour money back garuntee. We filed the paper work then got a email that said, since it was within the 48 hours we would get our refund. It also said there was no need to contacted them again before the two weeks it may take for our refund to show on our accout.
I also saved an email from them, when we use that email address that the email came from, they keep saying theres no need to contact them again. We still have not got our refund. Now we have recived our bank statements and theres also a charge for $48.00 from the company New Healty Savings.
We knew nothing of the New Healthy Savings on our bank statement. So we did a search on the internet and usacomplaints.com/New Healthy savings/Dont get Ripped Off. Was the first response on the list. Thats how we got here.
