My story is the same as all the others. When I requested the "Free" software I was unaware that in the fine print I was agreeing to more software being sent later and additional charges being made to my card.
I didn't find out about the charges until I reviewed my bank statement. When I talked to called a CSR she told me that I should have read the fine print and I could not get a refund or send the software back.
I immeadiately went to my bank and replaced my debit card so additional charges could not be made.
