I recently received a bill for MSNIA-Subscription FEE. Which is ridiculous, because I canceled that service. However, they don't agree with me.
Customer service is a joke. Which is ridiculous for a company that charges people constantly for their 'services'.
I could call up 'Hello Kitty Adventure Island' game, and cancel it in seconds... But for some reason I can't call a Microsoft corporation without it being more then a hassle?
Well, as it stands, I'm not paying this bill. Luckily, I recently changed cards, so they don't have it.
But being charged for something I didn't use is laughable. Way to go Microsoft. I'm switch to Mac everything.
