Billed Subscription Fee for Service I Had Already Canceled

I recently received a bill for an MSNIA subscription fee, which is ridiculous, because I canceled that service. However, they don't agree with me.

Customer service is a joke, which is ridiculous for a company that constantly charges people for its services.

I could call up the 'Hello Kitty Adventure Island' game and cancel it in seconds, but for some reason I can't call a Microsoft corporation without it being more than a hassle?

Well, as it stands, I'm not paying this bill. Luckily, I recently changed cards, so they don't have it.

But being charged for something I didn't use is laughable. Way to go, Microsoft. I'm switching to Mac for everything.
