I too was completely ripped off for $2200.00 dollars in June for a computer package. The tower came to my home brand new and did not work at all! They replaced it and I'm so sorry I did not get a complete refund at that time.
I have memory problems, power button and power supply, it shuts down alot, bad modem, and I receive nonstop BSOD screens as well as endless software problems. I have done four recoveries and this has solved nothing.
Also the company AON who covers the extended warranty I purchased does not cover any software issues which my Windows XP program no longer functions. I'm out all this money and have no computer and not a penny to buy another one. Without a computer I cannot earn most of my yearly income.
I feel sick every time I think about it and would advise no one to purchase anything from Viscom Technology or Shop NBC!!!
