I purchased a Preimier computer from Shop NBC. I purchased the computer for use in my second home and did not unpack or use the computer for several months until I came down to my second home. The computer did not boot up.

The tower was returned and I recevied another tower. Now the cd burner does not work. Trying to get through to the computer these people have you on hold for a 1/2 hour or more and the tech people are not always knowledgeable.

I had to contact the president's office at shop nbc for help and I recently sent a letter to the president of viscom. I feel it was my fault I should have purchased my computer from HSN or QVC. I am surprised that ShopNBC would sponsor a company of this nature.
