Shop nbc a disgusting computer ripoff that should be stopped/computer crashes/no customer service or support

Shop nbc and viscom technology group robbed me of $2,000!!!

My purchase of the V2 Premier computer on Shop NBC which is manufactured by Viscom Technology Group located in Chaska MN has been the most regrettable major purchase I have ever made. The computer is unreliable. I literally have to keep my fingers crossed every time I go to use it.
The only thing reliable about this computer is its UNRELIABILITY!
Numerous phone calls to their inferior customer service department proved frustrating with no results or satisfaction. Only once did they send me a new monitor when I desperately explained to them that the one they sent me DOESN'T EVEN TURN ON!
(AFTER SPENDING $500 FOR IT!)

In addition the computer never booted up or shut down properly and a short time after my purchase it just CRASHED ALTOGETHER.

I spent $2,000 for this inferior piece of equipment that has caused me nothing but frustration.

Please contact me about filing a class action lawsuit against this company. Shop nbc should also be reprimanded for representing such a "scammy" company and product such as viscom technology group and their inferior computer.
