I ordered shoes from popular kicks on July 4. I received the shoes on 9/11/06. The shoes came from Hong Kong. The shoes were the wrong size. I requested a refund from popular kicks. They sent me an email with a return address which was located in Lithonia, Ga. I returned the shoes on 10/4/06 but I have not received a refund. The website for popular kicks is no longer active.
