I purchased four pair of the retro jordans for my son's birthday. On the first day he wore a pair they tore up. The paint started to peel on both shoes. Then the next pair he wore the sole came a loose on both shoes. I have sent three emails and digital pictures like the policy said and I have not received any notification from them. I spent a good deal of money and I would like the courtesy of someone contacting me to help resolve this issue. The shoes that did come were poorly put together and of very bad quality. I will never purchase anything from cankicks.com again and I will never recommend them to anyone. So please take heed cankicks.com have defective shoes and bad customer service.
