I ordered a pair of Jordan VIIs on Sept. 30. After 2 weeks of waiting I sent email to [email protected] to inquire. They said that the shoes had been shipped.
I sent e-mail again after a month, they said they would check with shipping and let me know. They eventually sent an e-mail saying they made an error in the order and the shoes would not be shipped. I have no shoes and no refund.
The web-site and phone number display a message about being down for server maintenance. That message has been there for weeks. Do NOT order from total kicks; it is a rip-off.
