I sent them a money order, that they cashed on july 9th of 2006. They said at the time they only took money orders because it was unsafe for the customer to use a credit card on the web. Now they take credit cards by the way. I never recieved a tracking number. I emailed them over and over again no answer.
I contacted the better business bureau and filed a claim. All the hot kicks did not respond to them at all. At some point in the month of september i recieved a email asking me to send my info to them, and that gosh i should have had my shoes by now.
They gave me some spam story and that they would look into it.
I had sent so may eamils that they answered a couple, but i notice they were canned emails they said the same thing over and over. I answered each one however. It is now november 28th and im still sending emails with no answers, no shoes, no return of my money, not even a offer to pick another pair of shoes. Zip, nothing.
Be smart and dont buy shoes from these clowns. There are plenty of other sites with shoes that wont rip you off. Stay away
