I ordered a pair of shoes from this website using my PayPal account. I recieved a welcome email from Mall Runnings and an Order Confirmation email. After a couple of weeks I followed up on this order via email, but the emails were returned "undeliverable". I filed a claim with PayPal stating that I had not recieved the my order. The next day I recieved a cheap rubber pencil in the mail from China. PayPal closed my case because they recieved proof of delivery from the supplier. I have resubmitted my claim to PayPal stating now that I did not recieve the items ordered.
