Ripoff won't give me my money from selling a book on the internet

I sold a book in October, and I have been trying to get my money from amazon.com, and they have made it almost impossible to get my money. When I asked them to send me a check they told me it would cost $10.00 to recieve a check.

I told them I wanted a gift certificate for the amount of the book I sold, and they told me I didn't qualify but couldn't tell me why.

There is alot of people out there they are doing this too, and I think we should do something about it. There is no excuse for not refunding my money and for charging me $10.00, I have already given them money for selling my book.
