Sold a book through Amazon.com as "new" condition for $112 and the book is a $3 piece of trash!

Purchased a book for a child's A/P Biology class that Any Book and Amazon list as "new" condition and sold for $112. Upon arrival the book is an overly warn, $3 piece of trash. They sent if via US mail so I guess Any Book and Amazon are in the business of mail fraud.
